About ten years ago, Oorchach rehearsed in a stone basement with thick, echoing walls. One of the results was captured directly onto a Marantz cassette player. No mastering, no overdubs – just the raw abrasiveness of loops, the wild pulse of rhythm, and a flicker of atavistic energy. This is that piece.
